Within Jurong Hill Park, there is a "Garden of Fame" where apparently important foreign leaders of Singapore planted trees. At the top, it boasts a tower where foreign guests could catch an unobstructed view of Singapore's development in the 1970's.

At the top of the tower, one can have a view of Jurong Island which is spectacular at night. (Though many teens throng that area at night too!). At the bottom of the tower, there are a few shops which seems to have locked their shutters. Legend has it that there was once a famous Jap restaurant at the site!

From Jurong Bird Park Carpark, walk up or drive up to the top of Jurong Hill Park
To get to Jurong Hill Park, take bus 194 from Boon Lay MRT and stop at Jurong Bird Park. Then walk up to Jurong Hill Park.
